About Us
Tasty Junction is the culmination of my dreams to continue my family's legacy of serving delicious traditional cooking. After majoring in Nutritional Science, I reestablished Elyssia's Kitchen dumpling house and added 2 new stalls serving Japanese Souffle (Cloud Cake) as well as a Korean style cafe (Cafe Pikunikku) with locally roasted coffee, fresh fruit drinks, pastries, and korean sandos. These concepts encompass my love of cooking and dessert and the intricacies of fine coffee. I hope to bring this love of mine to North Jersey and introduce new flavors and dishes for the community. Good healthy food is essential for everyone and I am confident that these concepts will find new converts and bring delicious and nutritious new dishes for everyone to enjoy.
